Rooted in Service. Inspired by Community.
Community isn't something we serve — it's something we belong to.
For me, community has always been more than a place — it's family. As someone who values connection, purpose, and belonging, I believe giving back isn't just something you do; it's something you live out daily. These same beliefs have shaped how I show up for the people around me — with compassion, involvement, and heart.
Empowering the Next Generation
Kim's early experiences coaching youth soccer and teaching Vacation Bible School reinforced how children thrive when they feel seen and supported. TruNorth Realty Group believes in fostering community roots through mentorship, guidance, and encouragement — both on and off the field.
Committed to Service, 500+ Hours of Impact
Kim's dedication to National Charity League reflects her passion for National Charity League, completing over 500 volunteer hours. From organizing local drives to supporting youth-centered programs, these efforts strengthen the community and create lasting connections.
Transforming Lives Through Leadership
Kim spent three years as Executive Director for a nonprofit serving youth in foster care, leading programs that provide mentorship, support, and hope. At TruNorth, she continues to champion initiatives that make a meaningful difference in children's lives.
Young Life Leadership
Passionate about faith-based mentorship, Kim helps connect teens to Young Life programs, fostering guidance, community, and meaningful connections. TruNorth Realty Group brings this same commitment to connecting newcomers and residents to the organizations and networks that matter.
Looking back, I realize that most of my philanthropic journey has centered around one theme: Serving and strengthening the community—especially its youth. I believe every person deserves to feel connected, supported, and at home, whether they've lived here for decades or are just discovering all that The Woodlands and Greater Houston have to offer.

That same heart for connection carries into my work with TruNorth Realty Group. I see real estate as more than helping someone buy or sell a home—it’s about helping them find their TruNorth in a new community. Whether I’m guiding a family relocating from out of state or introducing newcomers to local organizations, schools, and causes that matter, my passion is to help people not only find the right home but also find their sense of belonging.
At TruNorth, the compass in our name symbolizes that mission—to guide people with clarity, purpose, and care, both in real estate and in community. Because home isn’t just where you live—it’s where you’re rooted, supported, and known.
